I am grounded and centred.

As you go about your day today, take time to say these words to yourself in between the small breaks you take from your day to day function.

If you feel any discord, however slight it may be, when you say this affirmation then it’s time to heed its intent.

Affirmations are a fantastic way to instil positivity into the waking conscious mind. They are a wonderful way to express love for yourself, as you not only nourish your mind, the vibrations of uplifting words soothe the body and soul. Over time you will find your vibration rising as you continue to speak to yourself with love.
