We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation inviting you to settle into your body, quiet the mind, and connect with your inner landscape. From this place of stillness, you’ll be held in a deeply immersive sound bath, where waves of healing sound create space for release, realignment, and deep rest.

Our next Full Moon falls under the air sign of Gemini which invites us to view our emotions through logic and rationality. Being an Air sign it tends to be quite cerebral intellectualising rather than flowing and feeling. Gemini represented by the twins, the duality which balances our shadow and light.

This is a potent time to communicate our authentic truth and integrate shadow aspects of self.

We will join together in this sacred space to shift away from the mundane where we can allow for new insights and perspectives.
