💫Autumn equinox 💫

The hours of night and day are pretty close to equal at the moment. As from tomorrow however, the days will begin to get shorter (and possibly cooler) as the sunshine recedes a little each day.

The last few nights I have taken some me time to do a little self treatment lying in this beautiful crystal grid (which i will take down tonight.) The autumn equinox is a great time to release and shed anything you dont need to bring with you to move forward into the darker, cooler months.

🧙‍♂️💫 Crystal grids are a great way to do this as they can transmute energy but if this isn't an option, simply writing it down or doing a meditation in which you ask your guides, source or higher self to take any unwanted thoughts, feelings, traits, burdens, (whatever it may be) and visualising yourself handing this over or releasing in a way that feels right for you, can also be beneficial.

💠🌷 Today's flower of choice, the 'White Rose' 🌷

A powerful cleanser is the white rose, the healing properties for this flower are associated with the energy of purity and innocence.

Take a few moments to gaze upon this stunning photograph, allowing yourself to relax while you notice the subtle details of each petal, the highlights of the sun on particular areas, the smooth texture.
Now close your eyes and imagine this same rose hanging just above your head, suspended in the air.
See it slowly and gently begin to open and bloom, as it does, imagine and feel the beautiful, pure and healing energy of this flower entering your body from the crown of your head, washing over and flowing through you to the tips of your toes.
This beautiful visualisation meditation can be done in just a few minutes for the time conscious or spend as long as you like bathing in this beautiful, pure healing energy.

We had to climb 300 metres vertically up 1200 steps to get here but wow was it worth it 😍

The incredible views teamed with such a beautiful, sacred energy of this temple was nothing short of magical and was more than rewarding.

My 9yro had a few melt downs during the ascent (fit grown adults were turning back on the way there, and i must admit the thought crossed my own mind more than once😅) but he managed to pull himself together and tap into a deep well of inner strength to make it to the top and I couldn't be prouder.

I'm baaaack! And I'm all stocked up with the best Thailand goodness. I absolutely love these massage balms, most of my regular clients have experienced them already, but I have a few new ones for guys to try out.
Most of them have a bit of warmth to them and they smell absolutely amazing 😍
