One of our lovely TNW clients has been personally affected recently by MND. Her sister-in-law died from Motor Neurone Disease. For my birthday in June this year, I'm asking for donations to Motor Neurone Disease Australia Inc. Last week my sister-in-law passed away after a brave struggle with MND. In April the husband of a friend passed away from MND.

Global MND Awareness Day is on Sunday 21 June. If you live in Brisbane, there is a free special event called “Cornflowers and Butterflies” being held at Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens from 10am to 12pm AEST. You can register for this at: events.humanitix.com

Please give what you can to this organisation. MND Australia is the national peak body of state organisations that support those living with and impacted by Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Since 1993, we have been the voice for the MND community. Our national and international networks help increase understanding of the disease and advocate for the needs of those affected. We fund world-class research for better treatments, improved care, and ultimately a cure.
