This afternoon will be time & space for you to connect with yourself.

Carly will be guiding you through a beautiful afternoon of kundalini yoga, meditations, ritual, movement, mantra, journalling and connection.

We will be gathering at S&J Wellness Pilates Studio in Albany Creek. For those at the recent S&J Wellness Retreat, this will be a beautiful extension of your experience on retreat.

Such a special day yesterday holding this beautiful space for S&J Integrated Wellness Winter Moon Retreat.

We moved through a day of grounding meditations, reflection, contemplation, energy work, and sound which created the space to connect deeply with self and others.

It was an honour to be apart of this retreat.
I had so much fun being with this beautiful group of souls, and of course loved the magic this space can provide on retreat.

Heart is full.
Feeling blessed to do this work & very grateful. 🙏

As we have been moving through the Venus gateway this week, you may have been feeling the energies around all things feminine and love, or the separation from it.

Memories, feelings, and situations may have come to your awareness surrounding the heart chakra.
This, of course, can be feelings of joy, unconditional love and freedom, but on the flip side, can also be the more difficult emotions surrounding your relationships, generational patterning, emotional hurts, sadness and/or grief.

You may have had the desire to disconnect and separate at this time due to the intensity of the sadness, emotional pain and discomfort, but when you can allow the heart to soften during times of reflection, contemplation and release, you can allow a deeper transformation to occur.

It can be easy to blame and shame your way out of a situation.
To believe that you have been wronged in some way or that you have wronged others.

If we are a fractal of the whole, then that means what is done to one is done to all.

Keeping an arm's distance from the pain prevents us from receiving the love and joy we are most longing for.
Separation is an illusion.
Can you drop the guilt and offer compassion and tenderness to yourself?

The pain is often what is trying to wake us up.
To bring us into the present moment.
To make us realise there is no separation from the whole.
And it's the unconditional love you give it that will set you free.
