Today I was speaking to a person on the phone about feelings and due to a social/cultural message that sharing feelings is a sign of weakness they had little knowledge of what they felt inside. Offering the feeling wheel to this person was of great help-they said it would help them to identify better and share with others their true authentic self- no longer hiding behind a fake mask. being able to share your authentic self to those you love and are safe is an amazing healing process. so here this awesome tool! happy exploring everyone
