I love a big breakfast and a big lunch. Lately I've been having a smaller dinner so I don't go to bed with a full tummy.
You can't see it here but I've got baked potato underneath, cottage cheese, crumbed chicken breast, green beans, broccolini, tomato and black beans plus a bit of chunky sauce from last nights slow cooked lamb shanks.
It gives me about 30g protein, 60g carbs and 10g fat and keeps me full until late arvo or even dinner sometimes. If I'm hungry in between and have been up super early I'll have some Greek yoghurt, berries and granola or a piece of fruit.
So many women I have worked with, are tired and lacking energy, and honestly its usually because they aren't eating enough food! I am on a mission to get women feeling good again by making simple changes to their diet and lifestyle.
