I love a big breakfast and a big lunch. Lately I've been having a smaller dinner so I don't go to bed with a full tummy.

You can't see it here but I've got baked potato underneath, cottage cheese, crumbed chicken breast, green beans, broccolini, tomato and black beans plus a bit of chunky sauce from last nights slow cooked lamb shanks.

It gives me about 30g protein, 60g carbs and 10g fat and keeps me full until late arvo or even dinner sometimes. If I'm hungry in between and have been up super early I'll have some Greek yoghurt, berries and granola or a piece of fruit.

So many women I have worked with, are tired and lacking energy, and honestly its usually because they aren't eating enough food! I am on a mission to get women feeling good again by making simple changes to their diet and lifestyle.

Put 2 sponge fingers in the bottom of glass and pour half the black coffee over them.

Mix the protein powder and Greek yoghurt, layer half over the biscuits. Add 2 more biscuits, pour the remaining coffee over the biscuits and top with yoghurt.

Sprinkle the cacao over the yoghurt and finish with grated dark chocolate.

I've spent the last 10 years immersing myself into the world of menopause, including going through the big M myself and I'm thriving. I've got more energy than I did in my 30's and 40's. Yes weight-loss becomes more difficult but not impossible with a few strategic shifts.

You’re not imagining it - fat loss really does get harder after 40.

As we move through menopause, your metabolism naturally slows, muscle mass declines, and your hormones shift, especially oestrogen and insulin.

That means what used to work (quick fad diets and doing more cardio) isn't the right strategy anymore! (Not that it was a great strategy back then either)

It’s not about trying harder.
It’s about working with your body now, not against it.

When you support your hormones, build strength, and fuel your body properly- fat loss, energy, and confidence start to come back.
