It’s that time of year again!

Gloat, make it cringe. Be really proud of yourself!

How does it feel like it’s still February and Christmas is tomorrow all at the same time?
So I’m posting this early this year, because… what is time? 😆

P.S. You don’t need to ask — please use this post, share it, copy it, whatever floats your boat! And if you’d rather not share publicly, slide into the DMs - I’m your hype girl!

If you’re feeling sluggish, tired, or cranky, it might be thirst. Or Mercury retrograde. Start with water. 💦

This is my belief. I don’t believe there is anything outside of us. The body, mind, and emotions are all interconnected, and the lymphatic system is a direct reflection of the emotional body.

Think of a stagnant waterway—when the water stops moving, it becomes murky, toxic, and overloaded with debris. Without a proper filtration system, waste builds up, and the once-thriving ecosystem becomes sluggish and unhealthy. Our lymphatic system works the same way.

When we don’t allow our emotions to move and flow, they stagnate within the body, creating blockages that can manifest as puffiness, brain fog, fatigue, or even chronic inflammation. The lymphatic system is designed to clear waste and keep things moving, but without movement—physically or emotionally—it struggles to do its job.

This is why I believe emotional regulation is just as important as physical movement when it comes to lymphatic health. Practices like breathwork, bouncing on a trampoline, shaking, dancing, or even crying allow energy to move and clear out what’s no longer needed.

In working with a 7-year-old who struggled with emotional regulation, simply adding daily trampoline jumping helped shift their entire system—mood, focus, and nervous system balance all improved. Movement became their release valve, just like a flowing river clearing out debris.

If you feel stagnant, physically or emotionally—move your body, move your breath, and let go. Your lymph and your emotional body will thank you.

I hope you’re having a beautiful day!

When I first learned how to tape my vagus nerve, I had no idea how much it would shift my state. I knew the science behind it, but feeling it firsthand was something else entirely. It calmed me in ways I didn’t even know were possible.

Situations arose where, in the past, I would have reacted differently—more stress, more overwhelm, more tension. But this time, I responded with clarity and ease. It was as if I consciously knew what to do, but my body had never naturally known how to do it before.

For so long, my nervous system had been wired for stress. Physically correcting my vagus nerve gave me access to a level of regulation and resilience I had never experienced. It has helped me immensely—not just in how I feel day to day, but in how I show up in life.

The body holds so much wisdom, and when we support it in the right ways, it knows exactly how to heal.

Have you ever worked with your vagus nerve?

has a course on vagus nerve reset. I highly recommend it!
