Our Aspire Customer Service Centre is moving to two new permanent locations at The Personnel Group

You’ll now find our Customer Service, Accommodation, and Family Support Coordination teams at:
📍Suite 1 & 2, 539 Kiewa Street, Albury.

And our Plan Management team will be located at:
📍318 Urana Road, Lavington.

Our teams will be sharing these spaces alongside other teams from The Personnel Group. 🫶

We’re excited to be moving into spaces that support closer collaboration and help us deliver an even better experience for our customers and community.

You’ll still see the same friendly team, with the same contact details, just now at a new location. 💜

As Volunteer Week wraps up, we want to take a moment to say thank you to our incredible volunteers.

From organising social outings and special events to running workshops for our Aspire families, you make such a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support.

Led by our legendary Family Support Coordinator, Sue Pringle, our volunteer team is truly one of a kind. You are not just volunteers, you are part of our Aspire family. 💜

Our and Numeracy Podcast Group meets weekly to sharpen their interviewing skills and explore topics they’re passionate about.

The group was excited to welcome The Personnel Group’s CEO, John Gibbons, who joined them for a Q&A session and shared insights into his role and career journey. Each group member had individually prepared and asked their own questions, making it a fantastic learning experience all round.

Aspire Support Services is proud to host Ran Away Theatre’s “The Beach”, an inclusive and immersive performance designed for people with disability and high support needs.

We’re honoured to have supported the development of this production, with workshops attended by Aspire customers.

Join us on April 20th, 21st and 22nd and experience this wonderful performance - a truly meaningful and entertaining experience you won't want to miss.

Join us for an exciting day out in Melbourne as we head to Marvel Stadium to watch North Melbourne take on the Gold Coast Suns on Saturday 23rd May.

We'll travel by train from Albury, enjoy lunch at DFO/Southern Cross, then soak up the atmosphere at the big game. After the final siren, we'll grab dinner before heading home, arriving back in Albury at 9.40pm.🚄🏉🍕
