Your assessment begins long before you make it onto the treatment table. 👀
The way you walk, how you carry your bag, which hand you hold your phone in, even how you sit down and get back up.
I’m taking it all in.
Those seemingly insignificant movements and everyday habits can offer valuable clues about how your body moves, adapts and compensates.
And it’s not just the physical stuff. I’m also paying attention to how you’re presenting, your pain behaviours and potential signs of stress or nervous system arousal.
It’s all part of connecting the dots and understanding the bigger picture.
Because sometimes the things you don’t think to mention are just as interesting as the things you do. 👀
Movement is Medicine.
