After much consideration, I have made the decision to close Layered Nutrition and Dietetics on November 30 2026.

Dott and I would like to sincerely thank you all for your support over the years. It has been a privilege to work closely with the community, providing nutrition support and care.

The workshop is suitable for all health or fitness professionals who are curious to learn about the impact of weight stigma and diet culture and incorporate a size inclusive approach. We aim to create a safe and non-judgemental environment for all professionals at any stage of the journey towards size inclusive healthcare.
