Helping you alchemise trauma into the fuel that creates the life you know you're here to live — safe, aligned & true to you. when our pets are unwell or showing signs of malaise, we take them to a Vet, however, we don't 'pre choose' a treatment for them. They are the tool we seek to unlock our pets' healing. By not defining my sessions .. we can create a personalised, intentional & deeply healing session for you, based entirely on your own needs & at a pace you feel safe at. You simply choose the amount of time you would like to work with me. Various modalities & healing tools are intuitively chosen by me ; aromatherapy massage, crystal healing, sound & colour therapy, chakra cleansing & alignment, card readings, intention & affirmations, time & talking drawing on 43 years of human life experience & many lifetimes of knowledge & soul experience. I do my healing sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 11am & 6pm .. these are my 'magic hours', the absolute best times for me to do healings.

Change does not require urgency .. it asks for awareness ..

Collectively our energies are being redirected to self responsibility, ownership and independence. A time where we get to come back to ourselves and CHOOSE what's ahead ..

There’s a lot that happens around my work that you'll probably never see ..

The preparation before someone arrives, the way I clear the room, or the moment I take a breath and consciously connect in and set the intention before I begin ..

My plant medicine, the crystals, the music, the little things that help me shift from *my day* into *the space I’m about to hold* ..

And afterwards .. I don’t simply finish a session and move straight onto the next thing .. No, I take a moment, I clear, I breathe and let go of what belongs to the person who was just here .. knowing what is mine and what is not ..

And I come back to myself ..

Because holding space for another human being is a privilege and it requires responsibility ..

Spiritual hygiene is knowing where I end and another person begins .. being deeply present without taking their experience with me, to give my nervous system somewhere to land ..

This is part of the work too ..

Not just what happens *in* the session .. but how I prepare myself to meet another human being with presence, discernment and an open heart ..

This is how I hold myself .. and .. it is part of how I hold you ..
