All About Health (AAH) is a respected multi modality massage and alternative, natural therapies practice including remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage, natural therapies, acupuncture, facials, natural skincare and beauty products & sauna. Founded 12 years ago by Leonie Hick, the practice is based in the beautiful Aldinga Arts-Eco Village surrounded by lush green gardens, and minutes from th

Nicole offers Fascia Bowen Therapy, a precise, whole-body approach that works with the fascia, nervous system and the body’s natural signalling patterns to support pain relief, mobility and deep physical reset.

Gabrielle is a counsellor, psychotherapist and breathwork practitioner who brings warmth, wisdom and a deeply holistic approach to her work. With many years of experience, she offers a safe, compassionate space to explore life’s challenges — from anxiety and grief to relationships, trauma and personal growth.

Alongside counselling and psychotherapy, Gabrielle also offers breathwork sessions to support stress relief, clarity, balance and a deeper connection to self.

Meet Rachel 🤍

Rachel is a degree-qualified Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner whose journey into this work began through her own health experiences and a deep curiosity about practices that support the body and mind.

In her early twenties, Rachel spent time studying yoga and travelling to India, where she was first introduced to the philosophy of Chinese medicine. This experience eventually inspired her to pursue a degree in acupuncture.

Rachel believes deeply in the wisdom of the body and its natural ability to restore balance when given the right support. Her approach focuses on creating space for the body to slow down, rebalance, and heal.

She is especially passionate about supporting women at all stages of life and helping them feel nourished, heard, and cared for.

Rachel’s clinical interests include:• Women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care• Nervous system regulation• Chronic fatigue• Autoimmune conditions• Mental and emotional wellbeing
