Michelle's Mobile Naturopath Service offers consultations in the comfort of your own home. Her Pantry Makeover helps her to understand what and how you like to eat and can help you discover healthier options. Learn what to avoid in the supermarket and how to identify healthier similar options when shopping for yourself, family or loved ones. Nutritional Medicine is eating certain foods and herbal

teas, to help our bodies heal from illness and injury and to maintain health. Our different body systems and organs need certain vitamins, minerals and more, to function optimally. A taylor made "Nutritional Treatment Plan" will help you to get what your body needs through what you eat. Our bodies are in a constant state of homeostasis - always making changes to try and maintain internal health and balance. Our body systems are geared up to try and self-repair, and given the right fuel (nutrients, vitamins and minerals) can do so more efficiently. Easy, tasty recipes and interesting new food ideas that target problem areas are included in the nutritional treatment plan. Michelle also enjoys holding interactive workshops on various health topics and common health issues people face.
