We ensure all modifications make you feel included and comfortable in classes. But PT may not be for everyone - whether it's your budget, or you prefer group classes, so we offer something for everyone. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLASSES NEXT WEEK!!!!

CLASS TIME UPDATES FROM MONDAY 8TH JUNE TO FRIDAY 12TH JUNE, 2026

Please note as Karen will be away ALL classes EXCEPT the following will be cancelled -

Monday 8th Kings Birthday 6am Bootcamp
Wednesday 10th June 6am Bootcamp

The above classes WILL run as will Saturday 6th June and Saturday 13th June - they WILL run as usual.

TIMETABLE UPDATE GROUP FITNESS CLASSES STARTING TUESDAY 5th May, 2026

Tuesday 5th at 10am Ageing with Attitude
Wednesday 6th at 10am Cardio drumming
Thursday 7th at 10am Ageing with Attitude
Saturday 9th at 9.30am Indoor Bootcamp/HIIT

Then week commencing Monday 11th May all classes will resume so IN ADDITION to the above classes we will also be running -

6am Monday and Wednesday Indoor Bootcamp/HIIT
5.30pm Monday and Wednesday Indoor Bootcamp/HIIT

Just an update -as most of you know our studio is closed for a few weeks because Martin PT Howden had heart valve replacement surgery yesterday (Thursday).

It was successful, he is still in ICU but they hope to move him tonight or tomorrow to the ward.

Even though he wasn't quite with it last night, I knew he was going to be ok when the nurse asked if he had any pain and he nodded his head and pointed at me lol

He said he is as weak as a dead kitten, can't really talk because he really does have a sore throat now because he had a tube the size of a garden hose down his throat for 8 hours (the doctors told us that), and can't wait to get out of here but can't even sit up in bed because they cut his abs.

So a bit of ammunition for his clients when he is back on deck in a month or so when they complain they can't do something :)

And yes he has a heart, and no they didn't add any empathy :(

Just an update on our current opening hours - we currently will not run any classes for the rest of April.

Classes we hope will resume early May but watch this space,

Thank you to all our amazing fitness family for your understanding.

Of course all memberships will have the time we are away added onto them

Please make sure you all do something every day - stay committed to your health and fitness

You are an amazing group of people and for those that have already stepped up and organised groups to get out there and do something congratulations and would love you to add photos in the comments below to inspire others
