🌿 Pilates Mat Classes – Alexandra Town Hall 🌿

A new 3-week Pilates course is starting this March at the Alexandra Town Hall.

🗓 Mondays at 5:30pm
March 2nd, 16th & 30th

(No class March 9th – public holiday. No class March 23rd.)

This small group class focuses on building strength, improving posture, and supporting overall wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including beginners.

If you’ve been thinking about starting Pilates, this short course is a great way to begin.
