Dear friends,

Thank you very much for coming to our concert in Corkwood Collective in Alice Springs. It was a real pleasure to share our music with you.

It is hard to believe, but our seven-week journey through Australia is slowly coming to an end. We were very happy to return and share our music here again, this time through 15 concerts. As always, we also disappeared for a while into some of Australia’s beautiful and remote places, including the Davenport Ranges, Broome and Queensland - and we even made a short journey to Tuvalu, the least visited country in the world.

Music That Touches the Soul

Enter a deeply captivating musical journey with Czech multi-instrumentalists Ivo Sedlacek & Pavel Sedlacek.

Following their mesmerising 2024 concert at The Open Space, Mystical Duet returns to Australia for their fifth tour. We are honoured to welcome them back in May 2026 for an evening of rare beauty and deep listening.

Born of travel and shaped by nature and deep presence, their music carries the echoes of distant landscapes - mountains, deserts, forests and open skies. It flows in the present moment, created “here and now,” transforming the space into a living tapestry of sound and silence.

This concert unfolds as a true meditation through music — a subtle journey into the most intimate dimensions of sound. You will hear the breathtaking, ethereal voice of the one-of-a-kind 37-string spherical violin “Andromeda”, alongside handpan, guitar and tuned glass, weaving luminous textures that touch the heart and calm the mind.

About the Artists

Ivo Sedlacek is a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (classical violin). He spent several years in India studying Indian classical music under world-renowned masters. Beyond the classical tradition, Ivo has long been drawn to subtle musical dimensions, developing a unique style in which each tone is deeply present and resonant, gently guiding listeners toward their inner essence. He has performed worldwide and released over thirty albums of original music.

Pavel Sedlacek began his journey as a prize-winning classical guitarist before his musical intuition led him to the handpan. Today, he is regarded as one of the most remarkable and original handpan players of his generation. Pavel performs both solo and in duo with his father and conducts international workshops and presentations dedicated to this unique instrument.
