Purple House is an award-winning community-controlled health service working in remote Australia. For more than two decades we have been getting Indigenous patients with advanced chronic kidney disease home on country by providing permanent dialysis services in 20+ remote communities across the NT, WA and SA. Our model is about culturally safe services that enable people to maintain connections to
family, community, culture and country, and to live the best quality of life possible on their terms. We also provide a wrap around suite of services including aged care, NDIS, Primary Health Care and Social Support for when people need to be in town. Part of our wellbeing program includes a thriving bush medicine social enterprise called Bush Balm.
