Thank you for all bday wishes yesterday ♡ I felt the love from all across the world, which made my day really special. Thanks to my sisters for spending a day with me and having this Italian holiday ❤️
Staying in Sperlonga, Italy's my day was filled with laughter, vitamin sea, the hot Italian sun, amazing food and delicious wine. Couldn’t really ask for more. ❤️
All I wish for myself is to live my life even more courageously — unapologetically, totally and fully me. To be healthy in my body, strong in my mind and open in my heart. ❤️
For the past year and a half, I’ve been going through an internal transformation that at times has felt incredibly intense. There has been so much shedding, changing, learning and becoming.
This bday 🎂 turning 40 on eclipse day marks literally the hour of my birth ... Thanks to my mum. in heaven who raised me and helped me to grow into this a wonderful woman that I am. Missing you dearly ♡ but feeling all the love from you I my heart ! Thanks for being with me. You once told me in my dreams that you will go anywhere with me.
And now, I feel ready to welcome the next decade of my life. 🙌
The unknown.
The scary.
The uncomfortable.
But also, in equal measure — the joy, the love, the freedom and the trust. ❤️ Creating the life I truly want to live in this lifetime ✨️

Those nearly four hours we spent together were profoundly healing and revealing. It felt like some old, unaddressed energies were finally being alchemized, truths I hadn’t fully accepted came into the light, new paths opened up that I’m excited to explore… and that’s just scratching the surface!
