Client Pete has been very consistent with twice a week sessions and this has paid off.
Results:
🌞 Improved posture with reduced forward lean, better balance with walking and more stable gait.

☀️ His vision improved, no more headache and neck tightness as his cervical spine around the neck reduced blockages and he sleeps better.

⭐️Noticeable reduced mid spine kyphosis or hump like blockage has progressed to improved natural thoracic curve. This means better breathing, less breathlessness when walking and climbing up stairs and better heart circulation as well.
