Since 1952, Sunnyfield has grown in depth and breadth of support services. Working together with families, friends and dedicated staff, Sunnyfield supports a brighter future for people with disability. Guided by our values of respect, trust, honesty and innovation, it’s our mission to enrich the lives of people with intellectual disability through person-centred active support that creates choice,

opportunities and skills for life. Day to day, we deliver nearly 2,000 support services for people with disability, including children, teenagers, adults and seniors across NSW and the ACT.

At Kemps Creek Hub, we love celebrating the end of each month with a themed party day filled with fun, laughter, and connection. In May, clients enjoyed an exciting Superheroes Party Day, dressing up as their favourite heroes, playing games, enjoying delicious party food, dancing, and sharing lots of laughs.

Everyone gets involved in choosing the themes and helping plan these special celebrations. It's a wonderful way to make memories, build friendships and have fun while celebrating another great month at the hub. ✨

A huge thank you to Forsyth’s for their generous $1,500 donation to our Gunnedah Hub.

We loved welcoming the team to the hub for morning tea and presenting them with a special thank you from clients.

This donation will help fund resources and equipment for our new Sunnyfield Scouts Program, supporting participants to build life skills, confidence and community connections.

Over the past 3 years at Ashfield Medium Term Accommodation, Caan has grown in confidence, independence, and finding his own voice. From building strong daily routines with purpose to exploring Sydney, swimming goals, celebrating birthdays with new friends, Caan has achieved so much along the way.

Now, Caan is ready for his next chapter transitioning into shared living with the skills and confidence to thrive. We can’t wait to see what he achieves next.
