Sara is an international trained and passionate dermal therapist who qualified over 25 years ago in the UK. She holds a Beauty Specialist Dip (UK), Beauty Therapist Dip (Aus) and Bachelor of Health Science degree. Her quest for learning and assisting clients achieve their skin goals through nutrition and wellbeing led to her completing a Master of Human Nutrition and Research and becoming a professional nutritionist. Sara is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA), Australian Beauty Industry Council (ABIC) and International Association of Corneotherapy (IAC) and uses a holistic approach in treating difficult skin conditions and concerns. Accolades include Winner - Local Business Awards 2020, Winner in the Australia Small Business Champions Awards 2022 and Winner Australia Best Sole Operator Australian Beauty Industry Awards 2024. Sara is also a guest speaker presenting at various events including the Naturally Good Expo and Beauty Expo, ICC Sydney.

Doing it for Frodo, doing it for the shire, doing it for life!

Five months ago I was asked whether I’d be interested in ever running again? As I’d spent most of the year in debilitating pain and it had been 8 years since I’d actually thought about running my response was I can barely run a tap let alone a race!

Fast forward to this weekend, I’d like to thank my coach for his patience, his care and his kindness with managing me his mid life (won’t call myself an athlete) His insight into strength training, fuelling, rest and recovery was also highly welcomed. Going to NZ with the family to run my first ever hobbiton half ling half marathon (21.1K) dressed as Legolas was total madness, some decent elevation for a novice (600m) but what an absolute blast. So proud of all family members for their awesome runs and costumes. Thank you ._.bow24 for being such a great coach not an easy job training your mother!

Officially launching into a New era! After 11 years in business and 11 years of listening to my clients I’ve learnt that women’s health and overall wellness is frequently overlooked and symptoms that they are experiencing are often shrugged off. When I introduced nutrition into my clinic 5 years ago I didn’t quite anticipate how much more there was to learn about women’s health. I have therefore decided to extend my knowledge base further by studying naturopathy and incorporating holistic programs into my offerings. For me personally I believe that woman deserve better and to be supported through peri-menopause and the transition into menopause.
