What a beautiful afternoon at The Zen Den.

Today wasn’t really about learning spirituality.

It was about experiencing it.

We explored our energy centres, played with crystals and pendulums, trusted our intuition, worked with colour and energy… and discovered what happens when we stop trying to find all the answers outside ourselves and become curious about what we can already feel within. 💜

There were moments of laughter and curiosity, moments of complete stillness, and moments where you could almost feel the whole room collectively exhale.

And then Brenda assisted with some beautiful vibration of sound healing…
The perfect accompaniment as we moved deeper into relaxation, connection and our Embodied Light™ journey.

We finished by travelling through the chakras, grounding into the earth, expanding beyond ourselves and returning home to our bodies with our own little energetic sanctuary to carry with us. 🌈

Because Embodied Light™ isn’t something you simply learn.
It’s something you experience.
Something you feel.
Something you remember within yourself.

Thank you to the gorgeous women who came, explored, trusted, laughed, felt and shared the afternoon with us. 🥰

I absolutely LOVE watching these workshops become what I always wanted them to be…

Not a classroom.
Not a lecture.

An experience. A journey. A connection. ✨

And judging by those faces , and the little naps during the meditation… I think we went somewhere rather lovely. 😂

🌿 MEET ECE | Naturopath

And now we’re expanding into a whole new corner of wellness. 👀🌿

I’m delighted to introduce Ece, our Naturopath, joining The Zen Den from Thursday 24th September.

Alongside naturopathic care, Ece will be bringing Iridology to The Zen Den, using specialised iris imaging and analysis to look at patterns, colours and markings within the iris that practitioners of iridology use as part of their holistic assessment.

She is also studying nutrigenomics and training in genetic testing, exploring how our individual genetic differences can influence areas such as nutrition, metabolism and other aspects of wellbeing.

It means The Zen Den is continuing to grow into something I’ve wanted it to become for a very long time:

a space where different approaches to wellbeing can sit beautifully under one roof. 🌿

I’m so excited to welcome Ece and see what she brings to our growing little team.

MEET CANDICE | The Smile Behind The Desk

If you walk into The Zen Den on a Monday or Thursday and are greeted by this gorgeous smile… this is Candice. 🥰

Candice is joining us on reception Mondays & Thursdays, helping keep the wheels turning while making sure everyone who walks through our doors receives the warmth and welcome The Zen Den is all about.

Because I’ve finally accepted that perhaps I cannot simultaneously massage someone, answer the phone, greet the next client, make tea, run Fresha and float serenely around the building pretending I have everything under control. 🤣

Candice brings calm, warmth and a lovely presence to the front of house, and I’m absolutely delighted to have her with us.

There’s a new energy flowing through The Zen Den… quite literally. 🔮🎶

Meet Brenda, who will be joining us Mondays & wednesdays, bringing her beautiful work with energy and sound healing into the space.

Brenda brings another dimension to what we already offer at The Zen Den, creating opportunities to slow down, reconnect and experience wellbeing beyond the purely physical.

And yes… she is also the proud owner of that rather magnificent frequency healing ❤️‍🩹 beast we’ve been exploring. 😂⚡️

I’m so excited to see Brenda develop her own offerings here and add another gorgeous layer to our little Herbert Street haven.

I’m absolutely delighted to welcome the gorgeous Brenda Hamilton, who will now be here with us on Mondays & Wednesdays, bringing that beautiful smile, fabulous energy and her own special kind of healing to the Den. ✨

Brenda will be offering Energy & Sound Healing, amongst other beautiful offerings, so if you’ve been feeling like you need something a little different… something nurturing, restorative and just for you… this may be your sign. ❤️‍🩹

Confession time…

I’m absolutely hopeless at “selling.” 😂

If you’ve ever met me, you’ll know I’m much more interested in listening to your story than convincing you to buy something.

So when I choose to stock a product, it’s because I genuinely believe it deserves a place at The Zen Den.

I’ve recently welcomed the Zea Relief range, and I’m excited to be able to offer another natural option to support people living with aches, pains and everyday discomfort.

Will it be the answer for everyone? Probably not.

But if it helps someone move a little easier, sleep a little better or get through their day with less discomfort… then that’s worth sharing.
