Hi Qi Gong friends!

It's been a busy few weeks while the school holidays rolled through, jam packed with acupuncture clinics, music, friends and mini travels. I hope these weeks have been good to you all too.

I have to tell you, I’ve missed our Qi Gong sessions and the discipline a face to face practice brings. I'm so ready to see you all again this Sunday! I hope you’re all still keen to move some qi.

While I've been away, I've been exploring new ways to hold space for people and help them connect to their own qi.

I've taken this time to settle my massage practice into its new home — Ocean Road Allied Health in Anglesea.

It feels like the right place for this next chapter, and I'm looking forward to sharing more about it soon.

For now though — see you Sunday at the Moriac Community Hall from 10-11! Same time, same place.

Nicole from QiMoves will be joining us on Sundays from midday, offering her Rest & Restore Massage.
