At some point, running stops being about getting faster.
The watch gets less important. The PRs get harder. Your body changes, and some days the pace you used to call “easy” isn’t easy anymore.
But if you can still lace up, get outside, and keep moving, you’re winning a much bigger game.
Fast is temporary. Being a runner for life is the real goal.
Would you rather run your fastest race ever… or still be running at 70?
