Good evening,I have recently started facilitator training in a Modality called Shaking Medicine . I am super excited to be learning new ways to support and empower myself and other people on their healing journeys
Shaking medicine supports the release of stress, anxiety, aches and pains and stored trauma within the body along with many more benefits.
Through neurogenic therapeutic tremoring, I have noticed my sleep and ability to deeply rest has increased, I am more aware of my body and how my body is responding and I am feeling a much deeper sense of calm and well-being. I am really enjoying connecting in to intuitive movement before I start shaking and allowing my body to just gently flow into openness and receptivity.
I will be sharing more about this journey over the coming days and weeks.

Happy belated Autumn equinox. No video or poem today, I've been taking time out to reflect and spend time with my oldest Son. Today we spent the afternoon at Barmedman Mineral Pool and then some chanting at Broken Dam.

Good afternoon, I prayer that you all are having a wonderful Sunday afternoon.
For so long it has been a dream of mine to sing and chant and share a space with others to sing with me also. I sing with my Son and My Sisters though when it comes to singing in front of other people my throat closes due to the fear that washes over me. That is the one thing that has always held me back. Fear of not singing "good" enough and fear of being seen and heard, the fear of what others may think. But no more, I am facing that fear head on and embracing what I love doing. The creative expression that fills my entire being cannot be hidden any longer and it needs to be shared. I've had dreams to create a local drumming and chanting group for so long and now I feel we are needing this now more than ever.

It is my dream and inner knowing that when Women come together and sing and share songs that inner healing takes place and the most beautiful sense of connection is created.
I would like to invite you to come and stand with me and sing, it's okay to feel shy and even a little scared to be seen and heard, I am here to support you and together we can move through what holds us back.

If you feel called to, please leave me a comment to show me your support and share with other women who may be interested in joining in.
Just quietly I am feeling a little anxious sharing this but I will not hold back.

Good evening and Happy International Women's Day.
I am grateful for all the beautiful Women in my life. My Mother, My Sisters both blood and through friendship, my Grandmothers , my Aunties, My Cousins the Women in my community, the beautiful Women I work with all which are clients both through Reiki and my Care worker role. Thank you for your friendship and all the love and support we share together.
