We’re looking for someone that can hit the ground running. Someone that can perform fabulous skin treatments, that will keep our clients coming back for more. Someone confident working with lasers, peels and other equipment. We’re looking for an innovator that’s not scared to tell us how we can improve and to help us improve and grow our business.

THE POSITION
As a Skin & Laser Specialist you will:
• Work exclusively with our clients to help them through their skin journey.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and treatment plans.
• Create custom skincare regimes from some of the most advanced product ranges. (O Cosmedics)
• Be a part of a passionate team that believe in what they are recommending to their clients.
• You will be predominantly focussed on skin treatments, performing treatments such as laser hair removal, peels, microdermabrasion, LED, micro needling and facials along with general cleaning duties. Your duties may expand as we bring on new treatments and equipment. (Full training will be provided)
• Help us grow our clientele by contributing to marketing, social media and promotions
• The position is casual to begin with (minimum 20 hours), with a view to full time for the right candidate. Must be available evenings and Saturdays.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You are passionate about skin and truly believe in results driven treatments. You will have:
• A minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous relevant work experience.
• Excellent customer service.
• Be confident in selling with a focus on achieving weekly targets.
• Be able to conduct skin and/or laser consultations.
• Have a good understanding of light tissue interaction and understand how laser hair removal works. Experience with the Cynosure Elite Plus system an advantage.
• Experience in a high paced environment an advantage
