Forté Healthcare is a leading Australian manufacturer of medical mattresses, supplying hospitals and healthcare providers with high-performance support surfaces.

We’re currently hiring for a hands-on role in our Foam Department, working with raw foam materials to help bring our mattresses to life.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Systems-orientated thinker who loves structure and process
✅ Proactive and forward-thinking – able to manage workloads and plan ahead
✅ Energetic and reliable in a fast-paced, physical role
✅ Comfortable using measuring equipment, hand tools, and power tools
✅ Physically fit – you’ll be on your feet and handling bulky items
✅ Computer-literate (Microsoft / Windows)
🎓 Full training provided – no specific foam experience required
