Every Asina participant, family and support practitioners already uses it. We're just making it more accessible!

We've launched Asina Academy, our in-house training for support workers.

It's 15 courses and it's free for everyone who works with us. We also require refreshers to be completed every month. Every new worker completes it as part of their induction, on top of the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and paid shadow shifts before their first solo shift.

The courses cover the practical stuff that matters day to day: person-centred support, medication, manual handling, safeguarding, the NDIS Code of Conduct, mealtime management, epilepsy, mental health, infection control and incident reporting.

We built it because we want every worker to arrive at a shift knowing what good support looks like, and we want the families we work with to know that too.
