Kind words from a valued client!

Since we are keeping this momentum going, I need your help deciding where to take it next:

A) Regular weekly pelvic floor movement sessions
📅 B) A structured 6-week pelvic floor series
🎉 C) Another deep-dive workshop

Let me know what you think below! 👇

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Pelvic Floor Workshop on Saturday. Your incredible focus, energy, and engagement made it such a pleasure to teach!
A massive shoutout to Elements Fitness for collaborating with Moved to bring this to our community. It was a huge success, and I’m already looking forward for the next one!
Missed out? Keep your eyes peeled for round two! 👀👇

Week 9 - shoulder circles. On steroids. 🔄

Big. Slow. Deliberate. Full range front to back - especially back. Squeeze your shoulder blades together like you’re trying to make spinal juice. (If there’s actual spinal juice, you’ve gone too far.)

Pair it with Week 1’s move - head positioned on top of your shoulders.

It’s easy to dismiss this as a ridiculously basic exercise. But when you have nine weeks of cueing and foundational understanding about head, neck and shoulder alignment behind you, there’s suddenly a lot to think about and feel in a simple shoulder circle. And when you’re done, things sit differently.

The tricky thing about tight shoulders: when they’re at their worst is when movement feels like the last thing you want to do. The days your shoulders feel like concrete are the days this move matters most.

Head, Neck & Shoulder Series - Week 8 🎥

Fun fact: Rice Bubbles were invented when a desk worker finally stretched her neck. 🥣 (Okay, I made that one up, but the snap, crackle, and pop by mid-afternoon? That’s very real, and very normal for anyone who spends the day at a desk.)

Your scalenes and SCM (the sides of your neck) work hard holding your head up all day, without much of a break.

This week's move is a gentle, deliberate lateral neck stretch - a small bit of attention that goes a long way.

Full move in this week's video (link in comments) 🎥

Every scroll, type, and steering wheel grip has the potential to rotate your arms inward. Do this instead. Or turn into a bulldog. Your choice. 🐾 Full move in this week’s video (link in bio)

If you want to move more at work, clothing matters. Watch the buttons on this shirt. The back pulling tight. The belly button making an appearance. This is what happens when a body tries to move in clothing that wasn't designed for it, and it puts people off moving altogether. You might have the urge to stretch your arms over your head, but the shirt says no. Over time, our tissues do the same thing. If they're not moved regularly, they become less stretchy and more, well, ‘teary’. Adhesions form, mobility reduces, and the range of movement that used to feel easy starts to feel like a shirt that's a size too small. Midriff may be optional. Movement is non-negotiable. What you wear to work either gives your body permission to move or discourages it. Choose clothing that moves with you, and your tissues will too.

How is the area between your shoulder blades feeling right now?? One of simplest ways to get some relief into this area is to move it more, and move it deeply. Week 6 of the Desk Worker Reset helps you do just that. Two simple moves that are like a massage for your rhomboids. 10 weeks of micro-movements for head, neck and shoulders. At your desk, in your work clothes, just 2–3 minutes. If this sounds like something your team needs, leave a comment or send me a message.👇

This is the kind of thing that arrives in your team's inbox each week alongside the Desk Worker Reset video.
Week 5 - the platysma. The muscle of stress. The one that does overtime every time you clench your jaw, shrug your shoulders or hold tension in your neck.
Each weekly prompt is short and engaging - instructions, what to notice, a bit of humour and a gentle nudge to actually do it. 2 minutes to read, felt straight away.
The chin jut here is a bonus move. Deepens the stretch through the full length of the muscle. Looks a little frightening. Your colleagues may have questions. 😬
Movement is contagious. When one person moves, others follow. You might be surprised.
This kind of support is what turns a video series into an actual habit. It's included in every workplace package. Get in touch if you'd like to know more about bringing this to your team. 👇
