A recent reflection from someone attending classes at Moved Armidale. They’ve been coming twice a week since early 2026 and have noticed gradual improvements in mobility and a reduction in long-standing hip discomfort. Dogs, chickens, and kneecaps…They’re all better when they’re relaxed. 🐶 🐄 🦵 If you do one thing for your knees, learn how to relax your kneecaps. When there’s less unnecessary tension through the front of the knee, movement like walking, stairs, squatting and getting up from the floor often feels smoother and more comfortable. A couple of strength sessions are still running this week if you’d like to join us - 6pm tonight, 10am Thursday.
