Asthma management is not just about relieving symptoms. It is also about treating the underlying inflammation.

The updated Australian Asthma Handbook recommends against SABA-only treatment for adults and adolescents. Anti-inflammatory reliever therapy is now the recommended starting treatment.

If you are relying on a blue puffer or using it often, speak with your healthcare professional about less SABA and more AIR.

Do not change your asthma medicines without first speaking with your doctor or pharmacist.

Josh, Kerrie and Eryn represented Team Mountview at yesterday’s Polar Plunge at Dumaresq Dam in support of Special Olympics Australia.

Matching green tutus? ✅
Big smiles? ✅
Common sense when faced with freezing dam water? Debatable.

But they did it! - straight into the icy water and all for a brilliant cause! 💙

Huge kudos to our three brave plungers! We’re incredibly proud of you… and equally happy it wasn’t us. 😬

Also a shoutout to Renae and Jess for cheering them on and taking the photos. 😊

On Thursday 6th August the team wore our favourite jeans to support the Children’s Medical Research Institute with a raffle and donations helping us raise an amazing $650!!
