Mental health is really important.

In Australia, approximately 1 in 5 adults will experience a blow to their mental health with a majority of sufferers experiencing anxiety disorders.

So let's shine a light on mental health, let's make sure we ask our friends and community members if they are okay and make it normal to talk about when we are struggling.

🦸‍♂️ Super Hero — Mullets & Mulligans Golf Day 🦸‍♀️

This year’s theme is Super Hero. Dress up as your favourite hero — cape, mask, or your own creation.

Because being a hero isn’t just about powers.
💪 It’s the mate who checks in.
💪 The dad, brother, or friend who keeps fighting.
💪 The part of yourself that refuses to quit.

On the course, we honour the heroes we’ve lost, the ones still fighting, and the hero inside each of us.
