Warm Vanilla Cinnamon Comfort Shake

This recipe turns your Vanilla Formula 1 into a cosy, dessert-like warm drink that feels indulgent but supports your nutrition goals. It’s creamy, lightly spiced, and smells amazing - like a hug in a mug!

Ingredients (1 serving):

2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
1 scoop Herbalife Protein Drink Mix Vanilla (optional but makes it extra creamy & higher protein)
250-300 ml warm milk of choice (oat milk or almond milk works great for a comforting, slightly sweet flavour - heat it until hot but not boiling)
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg (optional, adds lovely warmth)
½ tsp vanilla extract (or a drop more for extra comfort)
Optional sweetener: 1 tsp honey or a few drops of stevia (if you like it sweeter)
Optional toppings: Dash of cinnamon on top

Method:

In a large mug, add the 2 scoops of Vanilla Formula 1 (and Protein Drink Mix if using).
Add 2–3 tablespoons of cold milk first and stir into a smooth paste (this prevents lumps).
Slowly pour in the hot milk while stirring continuously until fully blended and frothy.
Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and any sweetener.
Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.

Enjoy immediately while it’s nice and warm!

Mocha Energy Boost Protein Shake

Looking for a little boost to get through your day? This mocha flavoured shake delivers the extra energy you need!

Ingredients

2 tbsp Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Dutch Chocolate
1 tbsp Herbalife Personalised Protein Powder
250 ml light milk (or plant based option)
1 tsp coffee powder
2-3 ice cubes (optional)

Method

Place the liquid in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass and enjoy
