Workshops: Participants will enjoy informative sessions on organic skincare, natural makeup application for everyday wear, and will receive a beautiful gift bag of skincare, makeup, haircare products, and a meditation CD. Other offerings include massages, hairstyling, facials, naturopathic consultations, iridology, life coaching, nutritional advice, meditation, yoga, reiki healings, laughter therapy, crystal healings, sound healing, and kinesiology. Bi-monthly meet-up group: Attendees receive presentations on integrating alternative healing modalities with conventional treatments, covering topics such as nutrition, chiropractic care, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage. Activities include mindfulness, "make and take" classes, healthy cooking classes, meditation, yoga, art therapy, and more.
