πΌ Role: RN β Compliance & Training
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to support high-quality, person-centred care within our disability service.
This role plays a key part in maintaining clinical governance, compliance, and staff capability, ensuring services meet the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Standards, particularly in relation to complex care delivery.
You will work closely with coordinators, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, consistent, and compliant health outcomes.

β Clinical oversight & health support for complex needs
β Medication management & care plan monitoring
β Staff training, mentoring & capability building
β Compliance, risk management & incident review
β Ensuring alignment with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Practice Standards
β Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
π About You
π Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
π Experience in disability, community health, or aged care
π Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance & complex care
π Knowledge of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework
π Confident communicator with a supportive, practical approach
π Committed to safe, person-centred outcomes
π° Pay & Conditions
π² SCHADS Level 2.2 (or as classified)
π² Approx. $45 β $55 per hour incl. casual loading (depending on experience, allowances & SCHADS interpretation)
β° Flexible casual hours (8 β 30 hrs per fortnight)
