Patricia has studied the Western & Eastern views extensively throughout her life on the Body/Mind/Soul connection. We all go through stressful or traumatic events in our lives, that is part of living. At times our body holds onto these emotions and isn't capable of processing at the time, and these emotions continue to trigger you and disrupt your life. With the help of Kinesiology and working with your Acupuncture points we find where these stuck emotions are and locate the time when you were affected to then give time to process and bring into awareness. Connect with Patricia to help bring your life into a complete Life Energy Balance. You will be totally supported on your journey to come into your highest potential, bringing on your goals and purpose by coming into a high consciousness and training your mind to be in the highest energy of LOVE. When you feel unseen I see you
When you feel unheard I hear you
When you feel alone I am with you

During our darkest moments we all need someone to sit with us until the sun shines again

Tonight I’m holding space for all of those who need it

You are not alone, I’ve got you

💓✨🌱
You don't have to keep carrying what hurt you.
Sometimes we become so focused on the pain, the past, and what happened to us that we lose connection with who we truly are.
My work is about helping you gently uncover what may be holding you back, release the energy that no longer serves you and reconnect with your own inner strength, intuition and peace.
The hurt was part of your journey - it doesn't have to become your future.
When we begin to see the lesson, we can stop reliving the pain and allow ourselves to grow beyond it.

If you feel stuck, emotionally drained, or simply know that something within you is ready to change, I would love to work with you.

Dear Universe,
remove what no longer aligns and guide me toward what does.

Sometimes the most powerful prayer isn’t “give me more.”
It’s “clear the path.”

Trust the redirection.
Even when you don’t fully understand it yet.
