Instead of playing a board game sitting down try laying down a mat to encourage weight bearing through the arms!

Why we LOVE weight-bearing calf stretches for toe walking or general calf tightness!

When a child stretches while standing and bearing their own weight, it mimics how their muscles actually need to work when they walk, run and play! It teaches the ankle how to bend properly under load and helps to lengthen both the calf muscle and tendon💪🏽⭐️

Why so we spend so much time practising rolling in paediatric physio? 🤔
