Happy World Breastfeeding Week !
This year’s theme, “Breastfeeding for a sustainable start in life: Strengthen what works,” reminds us that when families are supported, everyone benefits.

Did you know that while 96% of Australian mothers start breastfeeding, only around one-third are exclusively breastfeeding at six months ?

Every family’s feeding journey is unique. It’s vital that we support parents without judgement. A huge part of that is providing services that are accessible, and knowing when to refer should further help be necessary. Collaboration and continuing care can make such a positive impact.

I can’t do my job without the support of the people who work along side me. It really is a team effort. On Saturday night the Mundi Pharmacy team were treated to dinner @ Lotus in Mt Lawley. Thank you Raj and Dave for your hospitality. It really is a pleasure working along side you all.

And we are back in uniform from 10am this morning. Clinic runs until 1pm

Good morning all 👋
I’m back from leave, having spent a few days visiting Uluru. 🧡

Seeing it up close was amazing. Did you know Uluru is approximately 550 million years old ? It’s a sacred place for the Anangu, the Traditional Owners of the land. While it stands around 348 metres above the ground, most of the rock lies beneath the surface.

Have you been ? and if so, what were the highlights?

I’m kicking off the week at Mundijong this morning.

🌸 Clinic Update 🌸

Good morning all 👋 I wanted to let everyone know I will be taking annual leave at the end of this week.

Please note that our Thursday and Friday clinics will be closed while I’m away. All remaining clinics will continue to operate as usual.
