Arriving next week…. The full range of Holy Sanity oils. You’ll fall in love with these healing oils the moment you unscrew the lid. Their unique and delicate scents are intoxicating. There’s an oil for everything- from The Blue Lotus oil that’s calming to the Brahmi Elixir for the hair and scalp (I’ve been using this on my brows too!) 🌸🌸 these sold out last time I got them in so be quick to grab a bottle or two- I’ll let u all know when they arrive in salon 🥰

Just a heads up….these feelings and emotions are all completely normal after experiencing a deeply relaxing treatment like a facial or massage. You may experience one or sometimes all of them!
🌸 You want to burst out crying at the end or even half way through your treatment. Usually this means your body is finally feeling safe enough to let go of pent up emotions. Don’t hold them back- let yourself release these feelings. It’s like a cleansing and so many clients have reported feeling better not only physically after a massage but also emotionally.
🌸You feel light headed and foggy. Once again can be totally normal. Your body has shifted from a flight or fight response to a rest and digest one. Your heart rate slows and your Breathe becomes deeper which can mean you may feel what we sometimes refer to as “massage drunk”. Massage and facials also boost circulation and can lower blood pressure which can contribute to that feeling as well.
🌸why am I so thirsty? Facials and massage stimulate lymphatic drainage and circulation which can contribute to your feeling of thirst and dryness- especially if u come in to your treatment a little dehydrated. Always keep well hydrated and avoid alcohol and stimulants like caffeine after your massage. Herbal teas are an amazing option.
🌸My tummy gurgled through the whole treatment!! Ha ha this is super common and I actually look at this as a compliment. Your body has switched over and is now using your parasympathetic nervous system which is the state of rest that allows digestion and healing to take place.

Big shout out to SALTY CORNER ⛳️ !! We had so much fun on the mini golf course today. You guys have done an amazing job. And your little artisan grocery store is beautiful too. There were so many delicious foods it was hard to choose. Came home with a small haul of focaccia, sourdough, fruit and immunity honey! We will definitely be back. So great to see more small businesses opening down here 🩵🩵🩵
