🌀✨ INTERACTIVE MANDALA INSTALLATION ✨🌀

As part of the 20th Anniversary of the 5 Lands Walk, experience a beautiful live and interactive Mandala Installation with Ana Flavia at North Avoca Beach on Saturday 20 June 2026.

Positioned in front of the Surf Life Saving Club, this evolving artwork will invite walkers to pause, connect and become part of a shared creative experience inspired by nature, mindfulness and community.

Using natural fibres and organic materials, Ana will create a living mandala installation that reflects the HEART of the 5 Lands Walk:

🌏 Many Cultures, One Walk.

Originally from Peru and now based at Avoca Beach on the Central Coast, Ana Flavia is a Creative Wellness Coach, Ceremony Facilitator and Cultural Educator whose work is deeply grounded in Yoga, Art & Nature.

Through her practice and her creative offering KUMALI, Ana supports women, children and families through experiences focused on healing, self-discovery, balance and creative expression.

Her interactive installation at the 5 Lands Walk will offer a space of reflection, participation and connection — a moment to slow down and reconnect with self, community and country.

Already in the portal.
Already becoming.

There is no formula for this journey — just like life itself. We all walk our own unique path through motherhood, transformation, love, surrender, and rebirth.

And mine led me here. To a wild pregnancy. To a free birth.
Both carried me into a space where words dissolve — where only trust and faith remain.

A wild pregnancy is a pregnancy lived outside conventional medical systems, guided by deep intuition, connection, and sovereignty. A free birth is birth without intervention, fully led by the mother’s body, her instinct, and her trust in life itself.
There is so much trust in it all.

So much knowing that we are not separate from the divine — we are within it. We are it.
Already in deep, embodied connection with Source.
Already being held by something so much greater than myself.

Lately I’ve been feeling the call to keep returning to my spirituality — to the remembrance that there is a divine energy moving through and behind all of us.

Listening to this song today brought me right back to that version of me. 💛🤍 inviting all the women and mothers to remember who they are and embrace our true nature ✨🌿

🕯️It’s the rituals, the tools, and the moments of pause that keep me grounded and aligned.

My Pandora Box — a 3D visual, soulful collage that serves as an intention setting practice and a daily visual reminder of my values and priorities.

This beautiful box was born at the Nature & Nurture Retreat🌿 I co-facilitated with .still.with.jill about a year ago last, and it continues to speak to me, ground me, and guide me long after it was created. 💫

Taking a moment to reflect and acknowledge the power of this creative process — and how deeply grateful I am for this ever-evolving creative wellness journey. 🙏

I attended my first Matrescence workshop with Bree when I was pregnant, and it was deeply impactful. It gave me so much insight and intention as I stepped into my second chapter of motherhood.

Now, as a mama of two little ones, this kind of reflection feels non-negotiable — a vital part of caring for myself and filling my cup. 🪻This edition, focused on grounding and anchoring into myself as we move through 2026, feels especially perfect. Only a couple of weeks into the year, after so much movement and change within me and my family, I’m really looking forward to landing, reconnecting, and grounding together ✨
