Sugarcane-derived prebiotic positions to be disruptor.

Health Food Symmetry offers PhytoBiome directly to consumers as its gut-health supplement brand KFibre, which is being rebranded to MyBiome in May.
It also supplies PhytoBiome as a prebiotic ingredient for use in broader food manufacturing, including bakery goods, along with white-label health and wellness products.

While protein has been a wellness trend for several years as consumers looked to build strength, dietary fibre is firmly back in vogue, with and US version gaining momentum across social media platforms.
