A HUGE THANK YOU β Bacchus Marsh Wellness & Lifestyle Expo πΏ
What an incredible day! As the very first Wellness & Lifestyle Expo held in Bacchus Marsh, this event was something truly special, I'm so grateful to everyone who made it happen.
To everyone who came through the doors thank you for supporting local business and for supporting me as a local resident and small business owner of over 30 years in my beautiful town!
A very special thank you to our 45 stall holders mostly local business, from Bacchus Marsh, Ballan, Melton and surrounding areas. Your passion, your products and your willingness to back a brand-new event made this Expo what it was. Thank you for trusting us with your first Bacchus Marsh Wellness & Lifestyle Expo
A massive thank you to our incredible team and supporters:
π Kiera, our Social Media, for getting the word out
π Radcomp, our IT company, for their support in the lead-up to the day
π What Knot Printing for our signage and print
π My son Hayden, owner of WHP Constructions and Dean Evans from Hose Up, who set up the floor plan for all 45 stall holders in just 1 hour on Sunday morning, with no access to the hall before 7am!
π My daughter Lauren, from Tattoos by Loz, working from Revenant Tattoos in the Marsh
π Ballan and Bacchus Marsh Local Butchers for running a sausage sizzle across the road
π Tristan from Proudly Servicing for keeping everyone caffeinated all day with his coffee van
π Our Mayor, Steven Venditti-Taylor, for his support and for attending with his family
π Chris from Moorabool News for covering the Expo last week
And to our family and friends who jumped in to help with bump-in and bump-out on the day thank you. Without your support and hard work behind the scenes, the event would not have run anywhere near as smoothly.
I'm Jo from BM Wellness at 1 Clifton Drive and also the owner of I AM Conference, who organised our first local Wellness & Lifestyle Expo. BM Wellness is also a proud member of BNI, which has a local chapter here in Bacchus Marsh supporting local business. With years of experience running expos and events, this was the first we've run in our own town and the support from this community has meant so much.
A quick note on the entry fee: charging a small fee at the door let us keep stall costs well below what's normally charged, making it affordable for our local businesses to take part.
SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES π
β¨ What's next: we're taking the Expo on the road! Our next Wellness & Lifestyle Expo will be held on Sunday 20 September at Richmond Town Hall 333 Bridge Road, Richmond a smaller event with around 25 stall holders. If you're in the area, we'd love your support!
And mark your calendars our 2nd I AM Conference will be held 1β4 April at Lake Dewar Myrniong. It's aimed mainly at practitioners, therapists and product businesses but is open to anyone who'd like to attend.
We've included some photos from the day πΈ. If you'd like to hear about future expos or events like this, get in touch at [email protected] or website www.iamconference.com.au
