Goji Energy bliss balls…

Personally my favourite! I wanted to create a bliss ball that gives a boost of energy. Goji berries are known for their energy and antioxidants and I added a little bit of organic dark chocolate (the best that I could find) and after many trials, I found the perfect recipe!

What’s best? This mix is just add 1 T of water. 💦

Bliss balls are good for:

Gut health - promotes a healthy gut microbiome. The plant fibres in bliss balls act as prebiotics nourishing beneficial gut bacteria.

Fibre - packed with fruit and nuts, help you stay full for longer and helps regulate blood sugar levels.

Protein - nuts and seeds in bliss balls contribute to heart healthy fats in your diet good for brain health and keeping you feeling satisfied.

Energy - the sweetness comes from natural ingredients such as dates, that have a slower sustained energy which doesn’t leave you with a sugar spike and crash.
