The Centre’s new Telehealth Room provides a quiet, private space that is fully accessible. Reliable technology and high-speed internet are ready to use, with friendly staff available to help patients connect with their specialist.

From just $20 per booking, it’s a simple way for people across East Gippsland to access virtual healthcare locally and with confidence.

Bookings are now open through The Centre’s website or by phone.

Here's how our Telehealth Room works ⬇️

1. Book your session
Complete the online booking form or call us to request your preferred appointment time and send us your Telehealth Specialist link.

2. We'll confirm your booking
Our team will email you to confirm your appointment details and room booking.

3. Arrive and check in
On the day of your appointment, arrive at The Centre and check in with reception.

4. We'll get you connected
Our staff will help you set up your video consultation and ensure you're connected securely with your specialist, so you don't need to worry about the technology.

5. Attend your appointment
Speak privately with your clinician in one of our quiet, secure Telehealth rooms, equipped for a seamless consultation.

6. You're all set
Once your appointment is complete, our team will assist you with finishing up.

Cost: Telehealth Room bookings are $20 per session
*Please note this fee is separate from any consultation fees charged by your clinician or specialist this is for the room hire.

Before You Arrive
If you haven't already sent your Telehealth meeting link provided by your specialist. You can email it to [email protected] before your appointment, or bring it with you on the day and our team will help you get connected.
