A completely new offering: Breathwork 🌬️

My admiration for pranayama led me into a much deeper study of the breath, without any intention of teaching it. I can’t wait to share more on this. But after sharing a breathwork experience at my retreat and seeing the impact it had, I knew I wanted to offer more.

FOUNDATIONS is part education, part experience, and the perfect place to begin.

RELEASE spends less time on education and takes you deeper into the experience.

Both are beginner-friendly and gently guided. With only six places available in each session, book here if you’d like to join me 🤎

I’ve shared sound baths alongside other experiences before, but this September I’m offering my first standalone sound bath ✨

A full hour to get comfortable, soften into stillness and be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments.

I love practices that help us step out of the constant thinking and doing, and into a deeply restful, meditative state. This will be a beautiful opportunity to simply lie down, receive and rest.

Sunday 13th September
5–6pm
Granite Rock
$35
Only 6 places available

Bookings available now 🖤

There are some beautiful new ways to practise with me this Spring ✨

Weekly Vinyasa is returning, along with my first Sound Bath and two small-group Breathwork experiences:

🤸🏻‍♀️ Vinyasa Yoga
A breath-led flow to build strength, mobility and presence. Trialling a new time slot on Sunday mornings starting on the 13th after Father’s Day.

🎶 Sound Bath
A deeply restful experience with crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soothing sounds.

🌬 Breathwork Foundations
An educational and guided introduction to breathwork, with a gentle-to-moderate practice.

🌬 Breathwork: Release
A deeper guided breathwork experience designed to help you release, shift and reconnect.

All sessions are beginner-friendly and limited to just six people.

And there is still one more very exciting announcement to come soon….

Bookings are now open, further details and bookings are available inside each one of these links:

Just a passionate girly who loves going deep into all the ways we can feel amazing, shift our state, come back to ourselves and have a little fun along the way.

I take the work seriously. Myself? Slightly less so.

Kinda chic, actually 💛

There’s something about incense that sets the space for a ritual. Breathing in the beautiful scent, arriving in the space and leaving the rest of the day aside. Whether it’s accompanying your yoga practice, meditation or simply a quiet moment at home.

This beautiful incense from YOGI PEACE CLUB was included in each of our retreat gift bags, bringing a little of that ritual into the retreat and giving everyone something they could take home and continue using afterwards.

Yogi Peace Club is a Torquay based business and the maker of my very favourite yoga mats and beautiful yoga clothing. I’m also lucky enough to be one of their ambassadors, so you can use my code Mel10 if you ever find something you love. 🤎

A little life and Bhava Rituals update 🤎

I’ve been a little quieter here since the retreat. I’ve been taking some time to replenish, reconnect with my own practice and think about what I’d love to offer next, and honestly what fits in with my life.

Classes will be returning soon, along with a few other things I’m really excited to share. More soon ✨

Our retreat gift bags 🤎

Every item was chosen with intention to help our guests continue creating little moments of ritual long after the weekend ended.
Everything inside was generously gifted by beautiful Australian small businesses whose values of mindfulness, sustainability and wellbeing aligned so beautifully with our own.

The beautiful incense and discount code was gifted by Yogi Peace Club
I’m so grateful to be an ambassador for a brand that creates stunning eco-conscious yoga mats, clothing and accessories while encouraging a slower, more mindful way of living. The incense became part of our daily rituals throughout the retreat.

Each guest received Wild Yarrow Herbal Oil from the beautiful team at
Their products are handcrafted in Australia using thoughtfully selected botanicals, encouraging us to slow down and reconnect through simple daily rituals. Wild yarrow has long been treasured in herbal traditions for nurturing and restoring the skin, making it a beautiful reminder to care for ourselves with gentleness.

Organic Merchant generously supplied the ceremonial cacao we shared throughout the weekend, along with cacao for everyone to take home.
Their Australian-made organic blends are created by naturopath Chalimah Jeanne with a focus on sustainability, wellness and mindful daily rituals, making them such a perfect fit for our retreat.

My mum and I made every eye pillow by hand using Australian-grown lavender.
A small gift to encourage rest, deep breaths and moments of stillness whenever they’re needed.

Our retreat tea was created especially for us by the beautiful local team at Wild.kraft in Bruthen.
Guests enjoyed it throughout the weekend and took some home, so each cup could become a gentle reminder to pause, breathe and reconnect.

Every guest received a journal and pen, with prompts woven throughout the weekend.
Sometimes the most meaningful insights come when we simply slow down enough to listen to ourselves.

Although it wasn’t inside the gift bag, everyone created their own personalised essential oil roller to take home.
A simple ritual they can return to whenever they need to feel grounded, calm or centred.

These are the little details that make a Bhava Rituals retreat so special. I can’t wait to create this experience again.
