SINUS. Earaches. Even croup, sore throats and puffy eyes: do this, it can help! And if it doesn't help get me to check your jaw. A client recently who had been medicated for sinus pain since 2020 recently resolved 90% of the pain in one appointment.

MASSAGE is magic ✨💪

I used to live with this horrible pain between my shoulder blades! Then I discovered massage.

Massage took my pain away for three whole days! I was in love.

I was so impressed that I got trained in this magical technique called holistic massage.

Then I discovered Bowen therapy which was even more effective for taking away pain for even longer periods of time or even permanently.

But massage has some things that Bowen therapy will never have which is oil, music, and all the endorphins and deep relaxation that go along with a beautiful deep holistic massage.

The way I like to practice massage these days it is more like a shamanic journey combined with massage: Spiritual healing, vibrational sound frequency healing, steam hydrotherapy, so that it's therapeutic for your nervous system, your inner child, internal spiritual alignment AND a deep thorough but not painful massage.

BOWEN THERAPY is like magic 💪✨

I remember my first session with a Bowen therapist, I was already a massage therapist myself at that stage. I had a crippling lower back pain that was preventing me from working, sleeping, etc.

I found a Bowen Therapist who was actually an Irish Osteopath who had discovered Bowen and fallen in love with it.

However he still had the sign in his waiting room which read "OSTEOPADDY".

I lay there on the massage table for minutes at a time wondering if I had wasted my money because of the extremely light touch and long wait periods between.

To my surprise I got up off the table and my problems were all resolved! Problems that massage and chiropractic had failed to help.

Fergal the Osteopath told me that at one time he had a lot of clients that needed to see him weekly or monthly to remain functional... since using Bowen therapy they actually got better and didn't need him any more!

He made less money but had increased job satisfaction! Then they started to send him all their friends and relatives so then he made more money again.

Not only have I practiced Bowen therapy for 16 years I also teach it. Next training is in October.

I was born with a few major challenges.

I was separated from my biological mother at birth. Many life problems unfolded through how my brain developed to cope with that.

Decades later I was still abandoning myself, deadening my emotions, permanently living outside my comfort zone, self sabotaging ... even though I tried everything and dedicated my life to healing.
