Happy Friday !!

Farm life 🌱💚

Everything is growing like crazy here on the farm right now and I absolutely love watching the cycle of planting, growing and harvesting happen right before our eyes 🙌

From the pumpkins taking over the garden beds, to the peas climbing strong, fresh tomatoes going in and little baby pumpkins already forming… this is the stuff that fills my soul 💜

There is something so grounding about growing your own food. Getting your hands in the dirt, learning patience, working with nature instead of against it and teaching ourselves where real food actually comes from.

Even our little raised beds made from recycled farm materials are thriving 🌱

And of course Joel is out there amongst the sugar cane keeping everything moving while I’m off checking what’s sprouting next 😂💚

This is what “food as medicine” looks like to me…

Homegrown produce
