🦴 BEEN THINKING ABOUT GETTING YOUR BONE DENSITY CHECKED?

Now’s a great time — the Bone Bus will be at Baldivis North Medical on Monday, 31 August! 🚌

The Bone Bus provides bone density (DEXA) scans to help assess bone health and identify osteoporosis or low bone density.
You may benefit from a bone density scan if you:
✔️ Are over 70 years of age
✔️ Are a post-menopausal woman
✔️ Have had a fracture from a minor fall
✔️ Have a family history of osteoporosis
✔️ Take long-term steroid medication
✔️ Have other risk factors for low bone density

If a bone density scan is something you’ve been thinking about, book an appointment with one of our GPs to discuss whether a referral is appropriate for you.
