Persona is looking to hire a Female Support Worker.

Applicants must have experience with High Needs Participants and Participants with complex mental health.

Potentially 30 - 38 hours a week. Casual work. Paid at SCHADS Level 2.2.

Persona PSS have continually been expanding our team over the last few months and have now got further capacity for support.

We currently offer 1:1 support for access to community, skill and development and self care activities. On top of that we have capacity for respite services.

Persona offers a different approach to support services. Our team work collaboratively with the participants entire care team to ensure the support we provide is specific and under directive of professionals working alongside them. We believe support should not be of a generalised nature and should be tailored to the specific needs of the participant.
