Our experienced support team is dedicated to assisting participants to develop independence, achieve their goals, and enjoy meaningful community participation while receiving the support they need.

Talan- Operations and Intake Manager

I have two years’ experience in support coordination and support work, along with a background in family business management. As a Disability Operations and Intake Manager, I’m passionate about creating person-centred systems that ensure clients receive high-quality, respectful care.

"I enjoy leading teams with empathy and accountability, supporting staff to deliver their best while maintaining strong operational standards. My focus is on improving processes, strengthening communication, and enhancing service delivery to create meaningful outcomes for clients and the wider community.

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone who is confident working within complex support environments and passionate about providing person-centered care.

About the Role
This position involves supporting participants with daily living activities while following individual support strategies and care requirements. Shifts may include:
Sleepover shifts
Early morning shifts
Weekdays, weekends, and flexible availability

Essential Experience & Skills
Applicants must have experience and confidence in:
Hoist transfers and manual handling
Following Behaviour Support Plans
Meal Time Management Plans
Providing personal care and daily living support
Maintaining professional documentation and communication

What We’re Looking For
Reliable and professional attitude
Strong understanding of participant dignity, choice, and independence
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous disability support experience preferred

Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Driver’s License
Assist with Medication
NDIS Modules

I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, encouraging others to reach their full potential, and working alongside like-minded people who share the same values. My goal is always to improve and strengthen what we do, ensuring that BestaCare provides the highest quality of support and care"
